Leadership Development Group

The LDG offers a wide variety of training programs designed to assist supervisory/management staff and employees in developing the skills they need to be effective. Our commitment is to provide training that is engaging, relevant, and practical. It's based on experiential learning principles, and includes simulations, small group discussion and case studies that provide a framework for applying new skills back in the workplace.

LDG training programs are offered in two ways:

The Development Institute (DI) is a membership-based series of one-day training programs targeted toward supervisory/management and employee development. For 12 years Central Ohio organizations have benefited from a diverse curriculum that provides accessible, high quality and cost effective development opportunities for their managers and staff. Customized on-site training is offered to client organizations who have specific training needs they want to address within their work environment. Working cooperatively with clients, LDG designs programs that target particular issues or learning objectives. In addition, all Development Institute programs can be offered on-site, and can be customized to meet client needs.
