The Development Institute (DI) is comprised of member organizations from across Central Ohio who come together to share training in topical areas that meet both staff and management development needs.
Experiential, hands-on learning occurs in small groups where participants can apply the principles they learn in dealing with colleagues, employees and bosses. Attendance is limited to 30 participants in any training program to maximize individual learning. Faculty members are seasoned professionals with experience as both managers and consultants.
