The Development Institute

LDG

The Development Institute (DI) is comprised of member organizations from across Central Ohio who come together to share training in topical areas that meet both staff and management development needs.

Experiential, hands-on learning occurs in small groups where participants can apply the principles they learn in dealing with colleagues, employees and bosses. Attendance is limited to 30 participants in any training program to maximize individual learning. Faculty members are seasoned professionals with experience as both managers and consultants. Membership
DI members purchase 10 training units per membership to allocate toward various combinations of scheduled training programs. Each one-day training program equals one training unit. Members can send several participants to one program or opt to send one participant to any 10 training programs. A membership is utilized in a one-year period.
Cost

In addition, Development Institute members are invited to join a consortium of organizations that come together to purchase and share learning resources; books, videos, audiotapes and e-learning. LDG hosts and administers the program.
